    Listing of NSI on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange.
     
  • 2000
    NSI qualifies as a fiscal investment institution subject to a zero rate of corporation tax on its profits in the Netherlands.
     
  • 2002
    Acquisition of NSI Management B.V. This moves NSI from external fund management to internal fund management.
     
  • 2004 
    Investment portfolio of NSI reaches mile-stone of €1 billion.
     
  • 2005
    2005 was the final year in which NSI reported according to historic cost. As of 2006 NSI has reported according to real value.
     
  • 2006
    NSI announces sales in its housing portfolio. The sale was completed in 2007.
     
  • 2007
    NSI announces change of strategy: enlargement of its geographical investment scope. Besides investing in its home country of the Netherlands, NSI now invests in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
    Acquisition of Zeeman Vastgoed Beheer B.V. This moves NSI from external property management to internal property management.
     
  • 2008
    NSI acquires its first international investments in Switzerland; a shopping centre with offices above ('Herti') in Zug and an office building ('SilverGate') in Thalwil. NSI decides to focus on three home markets: The Netherlands, Switzerland and France.
