NSI is a closed-end investment company with variable capital that invests in real estate. NSI was established at 1 March 1993 and since 3 april 1998 NSI is listed at the Amsterdam Stock Exchange.
NSI is residing at the Kruisweg 661-665 in Hoofddorp. The company is managed by a small but alert team that consists of 64, including both board members.
NSI's objective, as expressed in its mission statement, is to realise sustainable results per shre. To achieve this objective, NSI intends to:

NSI qualifies as a fiscal investment institution (FII) under Dutch law. The company owes no corporation tax in the Netherlands provided that it complies with all Dutch tax laws. Real estate investments outside the Netherlands may be subject to taxation according to profit.
The dividend policy of NSI is designed to distribute the entire direct result as cash dividend to the shareholders. NSI distributes the direct result in cash by way of quarterly dividend followed by afinal dividend.
