Corporate Governance

The Management Board and the Supervisory Board are responsible for NSI’s corporate governance and for compliance with the Dutch Corporate Governance Code. They are accountable to shareholders for the exercise of corporate governance. The purpose of corporate governance is to assure good entrepreneurship, including the integrity and transparency of actions by the Management Board, and the proper supervision thereof, including accountability for the exercised supervision.
