Dividend policy

The dividend policy of NSI is designed to districute the enitre direct result as cash dividend, paid quarterly. To meet the fiscal requirements of a Dutch REIT it is mandatory to distribute the fiscal result in cash.

NSI pays out the direct result as interim dividend in cash over the first, second and third quarter respectively in May, August and November and the final dividend in March/April.

 

Dividend policy in 2011

The company distributed a total of €1.20 cash dividend in 2011, comprised of the following payments:
- in May €0.30 final dividend for 2010;
- in June €0.30 interim dividend for Q1 2011;
- in August €0.30 interim dividend for Q2 2011;
- in November €0.30 interim dividend for Q3 2011.

Dividend policy in 2010

The company distributed a total of €1.28 cash dividend in 2010, comprised of the following payments:
- in April €0.32 final dividend for 2009;
- in May €0.38 interim dividend for Q1 2010;
- in August €0.28 interim dividend for Q2 2010;
- in November €0.30 interim dividend for Q3 2010.
