Tenant information

The letting management of all the objects is done by NSI herself. To make sure that all the real estate is rented by good quality tenants the letting department of NSI works with external real estate agents and other real estate professionals.

Rental agreement
In closing the rental agreement the tenant discusses his wishes regarding the rented space directly with his regular real estate agent. As a result the rental agreement is as much as possible adjusted to the tenants wishes.

Wishes
The tenant will have contact with the lessor who is responsible for the object and the NSI representative at a regular basis. During this contact all possible changes in the wishes of the tenant will be discussed.
Subsequently the lessor will inform NSI how NSI will be able to comply with these wishes.
