NSI completes €250 million refinancing with ING Real Estate Finance and syndicates €50 million
Nieuwe Steen Investments N.V. (NSI) completed on 1 July the documentation process of the €250 million facility announced on 26 April. In close cooperation with ING Real Estate Finance N.V. as arranger, €50 million of this facility has been syndicated to Banque LBLux S.A. which is in line with the strategy of diversifying finance facilities that was announced by NSI.
