NSI acquires shopping centre Sterpassage in Rijswijk for €38.7 million
Nieuwe Steen Investments N.V. (NSI) purchased the Sterpassage, a part of the “In de Bogaard” shopping centre” in Rijswijk, from Unilever’s pension fund Progress. In de Bogaard is one of the largest shopping centres in the Netherlands. The purchase price amounted to €38.7 million and the transfer of ownership took place on 30 June.
