NSI: an increase in rental income and direct result
Nieuwe Steen Investments NV (NSI) closed 2009 with a direct result per average outstanding share of €1.36. Q4 2009 is characterised by unrelenting strong operational results. Therefore, the 2009 direct result increased with 3.2% compared to 2008. The direct result is almost entirely distributed to shareholders as cash dividend. The interim dividend distributed in the course of the year amounts to €1.02, and the proposed final dividend is €0.32 per outstanding share. The total proposed dividend per outstanding share is therefore €1.34.
